Please allow 2-7 business days for Rave Culture to ship your order. Certain items may have a later shipping date in their description, please note this when completing your order.
After receiving your order, Rave Culture will process your order. The items that are in stock will be delivered directly. Should the unexpected occur that, despite the words “in stock”, the product was not available (this might occur in the exceptional case of two equal orders), we will contact you immediately. You will be informed about the expected delivery, or maybe you have seen an alternative product.
If an item is not deliverable right away, than you will be informed by email about the expected delivery time. If you made a mistake in your order, please send an email to help@raveculture.com with your order number and issue right away. We cannot guarantee that we can change your order, but if you send it within 1 hour of your order, we may be able to change it.
Your order will be packaged with the utmost care and sent to your specified delivery address. The shipment will be handled by your selected courier and will be sent by registered mail. You can track your order with a Track and Trace-number that you will receive by email from us. Most packages will need a signature at delivery. If you are not at home by delivery of your package, your package will be delivered again the next working day. Pre-orders you will receive within 3 business days upon release date.
Please note that we are not responsible for shipping mishaps handled by couriers. However, if you have an issue, please email help@raveculture.com so we can file a ticket with the courier and try to find your package for you.
Most couriers will try to deliver your package twice. If you’re not at home with the 2nd delivery, the package will be send back to Rave Culture. In this case you need the contact Rave Culture yourself to arrange a new delivery or refund. Shipping refunds are not accepted. Please send an email to help@raveculture.com if you encounter this issue.
DUTIES AND TAXES
Countries that don’t belong to the EU become liable to Customs and Excise Duty as well as Value Added Tax (VAT) payments. International shipping costs and delivery times are different depending on where you are located. Rave Culture applies different shipping costs and delivery times for each country. Please email help@raveculture.com with your order number for specific details on when your order will be delivered.
