The Ravers Club is free to join!

Can I buy extra points?

No, you cannot buy extra points. All points are earned through purchases, referrals or completing other tasks.

When will earned points be added to my account?

Points earned by placing an order will be added when the order is fulfilled and shipped out to you. Points earned by completing other tasks are added instantly.

Do points and rewards expire?

Earned points do not expire. However, discount coupons and VIP rewards expire 1 year after being issued.

Can I combine coupons with additional discounts?

Yes, you can combine Ravers Club coupon discounts with product discounts.

Are there any conditions for using discount coupons?

Discount coupons have a minimum order amount requirement:

Get exclusive early access to new Rave Culture drops, before the shop opens to the public! When the shop is locked, youā€™ll receive a password to unlock the collection early.
